The via de la plata is a reasonably well trodden camino from Seville to Santiage de compostella – albeit with serveral variations for arriving at the final destination. The camino estrecho and via augusta are not so well-trodden feeder routes, starting in Algerciras and Cadiz respectfully, but easily merged to create an extended via de la plata. Our plan is to start in Algerciras, takin a break in Tarifa to do a side trip to Tangier, then resuming after a couple of days R&R (actually our wedding anniversary!).
